Our Environment
Environmental protection today is one of the most raising concern all around the world. With an increase in the movement of ships and on-board vessels, environmental pollution is equally increasing. Crossroads is committed to ensuring that we comply with all the regulations implemented by the NEA. Our products are bio-degradable and are MAPO Safe.
Our services such as Vessel and Container cleanings are centred towards environmental protection. We are prompt and extra careful when executing services pertaining to oil and chemical spills as it can directly affect the Marine and Oceanic environment.
Our People
Our people are our assets and we put our employees at a topmost priority. We strictly follow the guidelines set by the ministry to ensure that our employees are treated in a fair and responsible manner.

Employees are encouraged to voice out their opinions and concerns on a regular basis. We conduct a meet-the-employee session on a monthly basis where individuals are interviewed about some of the fundamental areas of concerns. This has enabled the company to better understand the physical, mental and emotional aspects of our employees so that we are able to attend to their individual needs.

We also invest in our employees to attend trainings and courses which enable personal growth and business knowledge.

Occupational Health & Safety
At Crossroads, we put the health and safety of our employees as a topmost priority.
Corssroads is proud to have achieved a BIZSTAR certificate and ISO 45001: 2018.
Our staff are required to attend mandatory courses related to work safety and health where everyone is trained in safety awareness and response readiness. Operation staff are also briefed and refreshed on safety procedures prior to every projects.
A full set of Personal Protective Equipments are issued to our staff and are often monitored for its effectiveness.
New staff are given an ample time to learn and understand the safe operating procedures before qualifying them to handle operations.
